2. What data we collect and why

2.1 Contact form

When you fill in the contact form we collect: first name, surname, email address, phone (optional), country of residence and your message.

• Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if applicable, to manage the business relationship with you.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and pre-contractual relations (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Retention: until the enquiry is resolved, plus a maximum of 12 additional months, unless an ongoing contractual relationship exists.

2.2 Spanish level test

If you take the level test, we collect: full name, email address and phone number (optional).

• Purpose: to send you your Spanish level result and allow Lara to follow up with personalised information.
• Legal basis: explicit consent given before you start the test (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can exit the test at any time without providing your data.
• Retention: until you withdraw your consent or up to 12 months after the result is sent.

2.3 Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this website is used. Google Analytics anonymously collects information about pages visited, time on site and device type.

• Purpose: web analytics to improve content and user experience.
• Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR; ePrivacy Directive). You can accept or reject these cookies in the banner shown on your first visit.
• Retention: up to 14 months (GA4 default configuration).
• International transfer: Google may process data on servers outside the EEA. Google LLC complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Google Privacy Policy).
